Household Data Specialist for Video Capture

Record high-quality video demonstrations of everyday household tasks while wearing a UMI gripper, a wearable device that mimics a robot hand. Your recordings will be used as training data to teach personal robots how to perform real-world activities in home environments. Key Responsibilities

• Capture and submit videos that meet detailed, task-specific project specifications using the UMI gripper wearable device.
• Set up and operate recording equipment and the UMI gripper so hand movements accurately reflect real-world interactions.
• Follow precise instructions for each task to ensure recordings comply with rigorous quality standards.
• Review feedback from assigned reviewers and iteratively improve your recordings to meet quality benchmarks.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with the project team, both in writing and verbally.
• Maintain a consistent weekly workflow to meet the minimum approved data requirements., * Contractor role, remote work from Argentina only. You must be located in Argentina to participate.

• Early in the engagement, expect approximately 2 hours of review and iteration work for each 1 hour of approved data. That ratio typically improves with experience, increasing your effective earnings post-calibration.

Eligibility and Equipment Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina and have reliable access to a fully equipped household environment, including kitchen, living spaces, and common items used in everyday tasks.
• Stable, high-speed internet capable of uploading large video files from your home is required.
• Comfort with prolonged use of a VR headset is required, as the role involves extended headset wear.
• Must be willing and able to wear and operate the UMI gripper and associated recording equipment as directed.
