AI Data Scientist

The AI Data Scientist role involves designing and developing AI-powered data products that leverage machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI technologies. The position is integral to building scalable AI solutions within a collaborative, on-site environment at the company., * Design and build AI-powered data products using machine learning and LLMs

• Develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models with proprietary and external datasets
• Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines covering data preparation to monitoring
• Apply generative AI and LLM techniques in business use cases such as text summarization, classification, and semantic search
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate challenges into AI solutions
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimise third-party AI tools and open-source models
• Develop robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Define model metrics, conduct experiments, and continuously improve performance
• Support AI model deployment ensuring scalability, reliability, and responsible AI practices

• PhD in Computer Science or related discipline specialising in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Proven publication record in AI or machine learning conferences
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data Scientist or similar role in AI/ML
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and predictive modelling techniques
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
