IT Analyst

Capstone IT is helping our client to find IT Support Analysts who will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues across software, hardware, networks, and store systems in a support center. The role involves phone-based troubleshooting, guiding users through solutions, escalating complex issues, and ensuring seamless store operations. Analysts must clearly communicate technical guidance in a user-friendly manner and may assist with training and technology implementation. This is a hybrid contract-to-hire role with a rotating on-site/remote schedule., * Provide phone-based support for store systems, including POS, servers, and networks

• Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support
• Log, diagnose, and resolve incidents in a timely manner
• Support after-hours overflow for other departments
• Participate in technology project rollouts
• Deliver excellent customer service and training when necessary

• Technical troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks (LAN/WAN)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility with schedule
• Problem-solving and critical thinking, * 1-5 years in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Customer Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technical understanding (hardware/software/network)
• Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
• Preferred: Bi-lingual skills, CompTIA Linux+, Cisco CCENT, associate degree or higher
