Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless technology operations across our facilities. Your expertise will help keep our systems running efficiently and support our teams in achieving their goals., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple sites

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Manage help desk tickets efficiently to resolve user issues promptly
Support computer networking tasks such as LAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, and Active Directory management
Assist with operating system support for Windows, Linux, and Windows Server environments
Maintain IT infrastructure by configuring hardware components and software applications
Conduct analysis to identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and help desk systems
Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and GPOs (Group Policy Objects)
Experience with Windows support, desktop support, and hardware troubleshooting
Knowledge of IT support procedures for operating systems such as Windows and Linux
Ability to troubleshoot network issues related to TCP/IP protocols and LAN configurations
Excellent communication skills to assist users with technical troubleshooting support and customer service
Familiarity with Active Directory management and computer management tools
Skills in equipment troubleshooting for hardware failures or connectivity problems
Understanding of IT infrastructure components including switches, routers, servers, and mobile devices
