Data and AI Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Data & AI Specialist to help drive analytics, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. This role combines data engineering, reporting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process improvement using tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Airtable, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem., * Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field

• Early-career professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

• SQL experience

• Python (PySpark preferred)

• JavaScript or another scripting language

• REST APIs and JSON

• Power BI or similar BI platform

• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

• Able to work onsite in East Orange, NJ five days per week
