  • Guide the team through an ongoing systems modernization effort, including a future ERP platform evaluation and migration.
  • Collaborate with business and analytics stakeholders, including the downstream reporting team, to ensure the data platform serves real business needs.
  • Partner with project coordination resources to keep delivery on track and minimize rework.
  • Mentor engineers earlier in their careers, helping build a strong, sustainable engineering practice as the team grows.

  • Experience with ERP systems and enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience operating within a regulated or highly structured enterprise environment, with strong data governance and security practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into technical delivery plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa support, now or in the future.

BONUS SKILLS / OPPORTUNITY TO GROW

  • Familiarity with GitHub and DevOps practices for engineering team standards.
  • Experience mentoring engineers earlier in their data or pipeline engineering careers.
  • Interest in shaping enterprise data platform strategy as the team and its tooling continue to mature., * Do you have experience in software, data, or enterprise application engineering and technical leadership?
