IT Support Technician - AS NEEDED

• Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
• Provide support for printers, scanners, phones, and other office equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and workstation configuration
• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary
• Help maintain data security and HIPAA compliance
• Install updates and new equipment as needed
• Provide remote support when possible and on-site support when required

Our busy urology practice is seeking a dependable, experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance on an as-needed basis. We are looking for someone who can respond quickly when issues arise and help keep our providers and staff working efficiently., * Previous IT experience supporting a medical office or healthcare environment preferred

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience with networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and backups
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent issues
• Reliable transportation and ability to come on-site when needed, * Prompt response to IT issues
• Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to explain technical issues in a way that staff can understand
• Flexible availability during normal business hours, with occasional urgent support if needed

Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
