Job description

  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision-machined components.
  • Operate and inspect parts using FARO Arm and Quick Vision systems , CMM .
  • Program and execute CMM inspections using PC-DMIS.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
  • Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify nonconforming products and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company quality standards.

Requirements

Mark.US is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Technician/Inspector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of quality inspection experience in a precision manufacturing environment, with hands-on expertise using PC-DMIS, and Quick Vision measurement systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow into a senior quality role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment., * 3-5 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on experience using FARO Arm, CMM, and Quick Vision.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
  • Experience with precision measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications., * QA: 3 years (Required)
