- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision-machined components.
- Operate and inspect parts using FARO Arm and Quick Vision systems , CMM .
- Program and execute CMM inspections using PC-DMIS.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
- Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Identify nonconforming products and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of quality inspection experience in a precision manufacturing environment, with hands-on expertise using PC-DMIS, and Quick Vision measurement systems. - Hands-on experience using FARO Arm, CMM, and Quick Vision.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
- Experience with precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications., * QA: 3 years (Required)
