Design and implement enterprise AI workflows that measurably increase business productivity, and contribute real-world expertise to train next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on creating portable, cross-platform AI solutions, integrating AI into enterprise knowledge and collaboration systems, and enabling adoption across stakeholders. Your contributions will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, domain-specific input. About the organization micro1 is an AI data lab that converts domain expertise into high-quality training data, evaluations, and feedback loops for frontier AI models. Experts across industries such as finance, healthcare, and STEM engineering contribute to improving how AI systems learn and perform. The platform identifies and vets top talent to scale expert contributions globally. Key Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
- Develop and optimize workflow automations using leading AI productivity platforms, for example ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
- Architect cross-platform AI solutions to ensure portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and core business process platforms.
- Support AI adoption and enablement, advising stakeholders on change management and best practices for enterprise deployment.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and data-driven methods.
- Produce clear deliverables that communicate outcomes and value, including documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports.
Requirements
Required skills and domain capabilities
- Enterprise AI productivity and AI workflow design.
- Workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Cross-platform AI architecture and system integrations.
- AI adoption, enablement, and change management for enterprise stakeholders.
- Enterprise knowledge management and collaboration systems.
- Process improvement and systems thinking, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations., * 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments, with demonstrated use of generative AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, or automation.
- Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations across large organizations.
- Familiarity with leading AI productivity platforms and enterprise connectors, for example ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, or Codex.
- Experience driving AI adoption and participating in enterprise change management or digital transformation initiatives.
Work Terms
- Engagement type, independent contractor.

Benefits & conditions
- Hourly rate range, $80 to $150 per hour.
