Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist

Design and implement enterprise AI workflows that measurably increase business productivity, and contribute real-world expertise to train next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on creating portable, cross-platform AI solutions, integrating AI into enterprise knowledge and collaboration systems, and enabling adoption across stakeholders. Your contributions will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, domain-specific input. The platform identifies and vets top talent to scale expert contributions globally. Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
• Develop and optimize workflow automations using leading AI productivity platforms, for example ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Architect cross-platform AI solutions to ensure portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and core business process platforms.
• Support AI adoption and enablement, advising stakeholders on change management and best practices for enterprise deployment.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and data-driven methods.
• Produce clear deliverables that communicate outcomes and value, including documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports.

• Experience driving AI adoption and participating in enterprise change management or digital transformation initiatives.
