Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Rust development in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of Rust, ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, and async programming.
- Experience with Tokio, Actix Web, Axum, or similar Rust frameworks.
- Experience building REST APIs, gRPC services, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, multithreading, and concurrent programming.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar messaging platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Kubernetes Operators and cloud-native infrastructure
- Terraform or Pulumi
- Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Cryptography, TLS, and secure communications
- C/C++ interoperability (FFI)
