2+ years of hands-on Duck Creek development experience, preferably within Policy Administration environments Experience configuring and supporting Duck Creek rating, rules, forms, workflows, and integrations Experience building APIs, integrations, and workflow automation solutions Strong understanding of software development principles and solution design Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with C#/.NET development Insurance, underwriting, or policy administration experience Experience with distributed systems and modern application architecture Experience contributing to technical design and architecture discussions Experience supporting scalable enterprise platforms
Benefits & conditions
Compensation: 38-55/hr and $80,000-$115,000/year after conversion.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
