Job description
Position Overview: We are seeking a few skilled and passionate Rust Developers to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Rust programming, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve complex problems. As a Rust Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, reliable, and scalable applications., * Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Rust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs in the system.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Rust Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Rust programming language and its ecosystem.
- Experience with system-level programming and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with concurrent programming and asynchronous processing.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks and tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Understanding of networking protocols and systems programming.
Job Type: Full-time, * Can you describe your experience with Rust, including specific projects where you’ve used it in production or at scale? What challenges did you face and how did you solve them?
- How do you ensure code quality and maintainability in your work? Describe your experience with code reviews, testing, and working within a team using version control (e.g., Git).
- This is an office-based full-time, Mon-Fri from 8:30 AM -5:30 PM position; you will not be allowed to work from home on this job. Can you meet this requirement?
