Job description

Our client is expanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into a comprehensive enterprise ERP platform and is seeking a hands-on Business Central Developer with strong integration experience. This role is responsible for developing custom functionality, building, and maintaining integrations, extending Business Central capabilities, and supporting the organization s long-term ERP strategy.
This is a technical development role, not a functional configuration position.

Responsibilities

Develop custom solutions and extensions using AL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Business Central and internal and third-party applications.
Develop and support APIs, REST services, and data integrations.
Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Business Central customizations and integrations.
Support ERP implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams on enterprise technology initiatives.
Document technical solutions and integration architecture.

Requirements

Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Proficiency developing in AL.
Experience building Business Central extensions and customizations.
Strong experience developing APIs and system integrations.
Experience with REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, SQL, and Microsoft technologies.
Experience integrating Business Central with ERP, CRM, WMS, EDI, Microsoft 365, or other enterprise systems.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and software development skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
