IT Coordinator

ASGCO is seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise business applications. This role will play a key part in our migration from JD Edwards World to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne while supporting Salesforce CRM, ERP integrations, and our eCommerce platform.

What You’ll Do

• Support and coordinate the migration from JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne.
• Administer and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne after implementation.
• Support Salesforce CRM, including user administration, reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
• Coordinate integrations between ERP, CRM, webstore, inventory, shipping, and financial systems.
• Assist with system testing, data migration, user training, and ongoing support.
• Work with internal teams and software vendors to improve business systems and resolve technical issues., * Frequently exposed to regulated noise, cold working conditions also exposed to smells that are within the guidelines
• Possible exposure extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes or airborne particles
• While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see.
• Occasionally it may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) during the workday
• Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, which may include a hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, gloves and other required protective equipment as required.

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience participating in an ERP implementation or migration project (JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne preferred).
• Salesforce CRM administration or support experience.
• Strong project coordination, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Experience with SQL, APIs, EDI, or ERP integrations.
• Experience with manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, or finance modules.
• ERP or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
