Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to lead and manage the integration of various enterprise systems, including Monday.com, Oracle NetSuite, and 2020 Insight (SQL-based). This role requires you to have worked in a product manufacturing company with a deep understanding of these platforms. The ability to design seamless workflows and maintain ERP Data (orders, BOMs, and SKUs). The t echnical expertise in integration tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to ensure systems communicate effectively, enabling efficient data flow and operational excellence., + Integration Design and Implementation

• Develop, implement, and manage integration workflows between Monday.com, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and 2020 Insight.

• Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization across all platforms using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.

• Technical Oversight

• Configure and manage a SQL-based ERP system. Leverage expertise in SQL databases to support and optimize 2020 Insight.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability and performance.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with business teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with developers, external vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Documentation and Training

• Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and processes.

• Provide training and support to internal teams on new integration processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

• Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in ERP system integrations or related roles.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and SQL-based systems.
