Trade Support Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Trade Support Analyst to join our growing wealth management operations team in Denver. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our financial advisors and external custodians, ensuring the flawless execution, clearance, and settlement of all daily trading activity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced market environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a keen eye for mitigating operational risk., * Trade Verification: Reconcile and match daily trade executions across equity, fixed income, and mutual fund transactions against custodian records.

• Settlement Oversight: Identify, investigate, and resolve any trade breaks or settlement discrepancies efficiently prior to market close.
• Custodian Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external clearing houses and custodians to streamline trade processing.
• System Maintenance: Manage the firm’s portfolio management and trade execution systems to ensure accurate data flow and security master updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services operations, trade support, or brokerage clearing.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with wealth management platforms (e.g., Envestnet, Orion, Addepar, or Charles Schwab/Fidelity platforms).
• Series 7 or SIE certification is preferred but not required.
