Job description

This is an onsite position in Buena Park, CA. Local candidate only please Cannot sponsor candidates We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Implementation Engineer to configure, deploy, integrate, and optimize software solutions for our customers. This role bridges technology, business processes, and customer requirements, ensuring successful implementations and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can quickly understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and use AI tools to rapidly create frontend mockups and prototypes-in hours, not days., * Gather requirements and configure software solutions to meet customer needs.

Install, integrate, customize, test, and deploy software platforms.
Analyze business processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Develop implementation documentation, configurations, and deployment procedures.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, business analysts, developers, and product teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Experience in software implementation, systems integration, technical consulting, or a similar role.
Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or custom software platforms.
Strong proficiency with SQL, APIs, and scripting such as Python, TypeScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
Understanding of databases, web services, cloud platforms, deployment processes, and environment management.
Fluent with modern AI tools and capable of rapidly creating frontend mockups/prototypes.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in AI-powered Agile environments.
Mandarin speaking/writing skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ITSM, and change management.
Experience with monitoring/performance tools such as New Relic or Grafana.
Experience with AI-assisted development and automation workflows., * SQL, APIs, and scripting
