Reporting to the Group Vice President of Sales, the Business Analytics Manager (Contractor) is responsible for day to day sales performance reporting, forecasting support, and field force analytics to enable the U.S. Sales organization. This role focuses on building and maintaining sales dashboards, supporting territory and field force analytics, and providing data driven insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions for each Celltrion product., * Builds and maintains analytics dashboards in Power BI to support the measurement of sales performance and day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate sales forecasting submissions and processes, including data consolidation, modeling support, and performance tracking versus plan.
- Support targeting and segmentation of field activities and execute analytic work on sales force size, alignment, and structure, providing clear recommendations to Sales leadership.
- Identify trends and patterns in sales and market data, develop forecasts, and provide timely alerts and insights that inform strategic and tactical plans for each Celltrion product.
- Partner with Celltrion Contract Management on the provision of needed analytics to calculate rebates, administration fees, and contract performance metrics.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard reporting packages (e.g., weekly/monthly performance reports, territory scorecards, KPI dashboards) for field teams and leadership.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and global teams to ensure consistent data definitions, reporting standards, and shared understanding of performance drivers.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma sales operations, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
- Experience with product launches and postlaunch performance tracking in the U.S. market.
- Exposure to sales management and/or payer environment (e.g., Market Access, contracting, reimbursement) strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively and persuasively communicate data and analytics to multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership and field teams., * Strong analytical skills, including sales forecasting, targeting, segmentation, and territory analytics.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel; experience building interactive dashboards and standardized performance reports.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and prioritize work in a fast moving environment
- Experience working with U.S. and global teams and navigating matrixed organizational structures.
- Bilingual, Korean preferred
- Willing to work on-site, JC office, * Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related
- field preferred).
- MBA or other advanced business or analytics-related degree preferred.
