Job description
You will work on business-critical cloud platforms, migration programmes, and security-driven transformation projects. These engagements often take place in international environments with multiple vendors, complex governance structures, and high standards for reliability, compliance, and security.
In this role, you combine delivery leadership with client relationship management and a solid understanding of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, platform engineering, and security. You are not only responsible for successful delivery but also play a key role in steering customer relationships, managing commercial and operational commitments, growing strategic accounts, and helping engineering teams scale effectively.
What You’ll Do

Lead cloud-native and security-focused IT modernisation programmes in complex customer environments.

Manage delivery timelines, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and overall progress.

Take ownership of account steering by proactively managing customer relationships and aligning with key stakeholders.

Ensure decisions and priorities support agreed objectives, governance structures, and business outcomes.

Monitor commercial and operational commitments, identify opportunities and risks, and translate them into concrete actions.

Contribute to the growth of strategic customer accounts by identifying areas where TrueFullstaq can add additional value.

Help engineering teams grow by creating structure, predictability, and effective collaboration.

Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, status reports, and governance documentation.

Work closely with engineers, architects, security specialists, customers, and third-party vendors.

Bring structure to multi-vendor programmes where technical, organisational, and security dependencies intersect.

Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.

Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation and recovery plans to keep programmes on track.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or a similar role within IT, consultancy, or software engineering.

Experience leading complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Strong track record in customer relationship management, account steering, or growing strategic customer engagements.

Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.

Experience building and supporting high-performing engineering teams.

Affinity with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure modernisation.

Understanding of security, governance, compliance, and business-critical IT environments.

Strong planning, delivery management, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
