Job description

  • Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der SAP-HCM-Landschaft sowie moderner HR-IT-Systeme
  • Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen - von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung
  • Mitgestaltung der Transformation Richtung SAP SuccessFactors und Fiori-Anwendungen
  • Entwicklung individueller SAP-ABAP-Lösungen im HCM-Umfeld
  • Umsetzung spannender Projekte, Schnittstellen und Systemintegrationen zur Zukunftsgestaltung der HR-Prozesse

Requirements

  • Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld inkl. Customizing
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse mit S/4HANA
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Cloud-Migrationen und SAP SuccessFactors sind ein Plus
