Technical Application Consultant* 1 1 1

• Support the sales team with technical customer inquiries across the entire HARTING portfolio as second and third level support, including design-in support
• Identify customer-specific solutions and hand them over to the relevant department
• Maintain and provide a knowledge database for technical support to increase efficiency
• Support and participate in HARTING sales events with customers
• Coordinate technical complaints internally and externally in collaboration with adjacent departments
• Conduct regional competitor analysis
• Support change and discontinuation processes
• Organize and conduct internal technical training sessions

• Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification, preferably in an electrical engineering profession
• Excellent consulting skills for technical support
• Experience in supporting design-ins
• Good knowledge of customers, markets, and competitors
• Confident use of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High level of initiative, flexibility, and organizational strength
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Experience in an international corporate environment and the associated processes and structures
