IT Applications Analyst

We’re now looking for an experienced IT Applications Analyst to help support, maintain and enhance our business applications, ensuring they deliver reliable, efficient and value-for-money solutions across the organisation.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Rochdale. RBH offers a flexible Smart Working approach, giving you the freedom to work where and when it best meets business and personal needs.

As an IT Applications Analyst, you will:

Support, administer and maintain business-critical applications and systems.

Provide technical support, investigating and resolving application, performance and integration issues.

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective system solutions.

Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of applications, with a focus on automation, efficiency and value for money.

Develop and execute testing plans for system upgrades, changes and new functionality.

Monitor system performance, recommend improvements and maintain accurate documentation.

Support business transformation projects and work with third-party suppliers to deliver innovative technology solutions.

About you - you’ll be an analytical problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality services., ITIL Foundation certification.

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.

Essential knowledge and experience

Experience supporting and administering business applications in a similar role.

Strong application configuration, support and troubleshooting experience.

Ability to analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Experience diagnosing issues and implementing resolutions efficiently.

Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
