CRM Administrator

As CRM Administrator, you will:

• Support and optimise the Group HubSpot platform
• Drive CRM best practice, governance and user adoption
• Build and maintain workflows and automation that improve efficiency
• Create impactful dashboards, reports and management information
• Deliver CRM training and onboarding for new users
• Manage integrations with third-party platforms
• Ensure CRM data remains accurate, compliant and reliable
• Support marketing activity, lead generation and business growth
• Champion smarter ways of working through technology and automation
• Manage user permissions, licences and access controls
• Support database imports, migrations and system enhancements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with CRM platforms
• HubSpot experience highly desirable
• HubSpot certification desirable
• Experience of workflow automation and reporting
• Experience supporting marketing automation and lead generation campaigns
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements, * Organised and highly detail-oriented
• Analytical and commercially aware
• Confident working with stakeholders across all levels
• Passionate about technology and process improvement
• Proactive, accountable and solutions-focused
• A strong communicator with a continuous improvement mindset

Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced CRM Administrator to support and optimise our Group-wide HubSpot platform and play a key role in the continued development of our CRM capability.

You’ll become a key point of contact for CRM across the Group, helping ensure HubSpot is fully optimised, aligned to business processes and delivering maximum value to users across the business.
