Job description

As an IT Support Analyst in Woking, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems within the leisure, travel and tourism industry. Your day-to-day will involve resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and supporting staff to keep everything running seamlessly., * Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, resolving technical issues efficiently.

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Assist with hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the technology team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document IT processes and maintain accurate records of support activities.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Provide user training and guidance to enhance understanding of IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing IT support in a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and tools relevant to the leisure, travel and tourism industry.

Benefits & conditions

  • Salary ranging from £34,000 to £38,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position based in Woking (Full Time in Office)
