IT Quality Assurance Analyst III

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead QA efforts for the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution, ensuring reliable, compliant, and high-performing systems. You work with cross-functional teams to validate functionality, support integration, and confirm readiness for go-live across a large, global user base. You drive QA processes aligned with DoD and NAVSEA standards and contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives. Compensation / Benefits * Establish and maintain QA processes across the full SDLC * Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and procedures for NMMES applications * Lead and support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing * Conduct reviews to validate quality and regulatory compliance * Identify, document, and track defects and collaborate to resolve issues * Support System Integration Testing, Operational Testing, and go-live readiness * Ensure adherence to DoD, Navy, and NAVSEA quality standards * Provide QA metrics and analysis to leadership and stakeholders * Collaborate with analysts, developers, and operations to ensure end-to-end quality * Mentor junior QA personnel and support staff * Contribute to continuous process improvement for testing efficiency and automation Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree * 8+ years in quality assurance or related IT field * Experience establishing QA processes across the system lifecycle * Experience developing and executing test plans, cases, and procedures * Experience testing complex, integrated systems across multiple environments * Experience with defect tracking tools and test management frameworks * Ability to perform complex QA tasks and advise on QA strategies * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Experience supporting DoD/Navy programs or large federal IT environments * Active or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * comprehensive healthcare * retirement and financial benefits * family support * professional development
