Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive large, high-value technology programs for AT&T’s contact center and software platforms. You’ll plan, execute, and finish complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment. You’ll work with senior leadership to shape program strategy, mentor junior PMs, and present updates to executives. The position offers a chance to influence modernization efforts in a global, customer-focused environment and to lead initiatives that connect people through advanced communications technology. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and manage complex technical project plans with schedules, resources, feasibility studies, and business cases * Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage interrelated projects * Monitor progress with scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, and change control to meet timelines and budgets * Engage with clients and executives, delivering presentations and maintaining clear communication * Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, coordinating with stakeholders * Ensure project compliance with industry standards and company policies using Agile/Scrum methodologies Tasks * Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science (BS/BA) * 7+ years of related technology program management experience * Experience managing software development or contact center technology implementations * Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor liaison skills * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management * Ability to understand financial aspects of programs and present cost analyses * Proven ability to lead high-impact projects with minimal oversight Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Tuition reimbursement program * Employee discounts on AT&T services
