Principal Network Project Program Management

Experteer Overview In this role you lead large, high-value technology projects within AT&T, directing planning, execution, and governance to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and stakeholders, and apply Agile practices to complex contact-center and software initiatives. You work closely with senior leadership to shape strategic programs and mentor junior PMs, influencing executive decisions and driving automation and modernization. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and manage complex technical project plans (schedules, resources, feasibility, business cases) * Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance * Schedule, track, report, perform risk and cost analysis, manage changes to meet timelines and budgets * Engage with clients and executives; prepare presentations and communicate project status * Establish and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships; align deliverables with business needs * Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies; apply Scrum/Agile practices for team collaboration and backlog management Tasks * 7+ years of related experience * Experience managing technology implementations (software development or contact center tech) * Ability to understand financial aspects and present cost-related information * Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills * Experience with Agile lifecycle development; transition to program/project management preferred * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science is desired (US-based) * Certifications required in some areas (unspecified) * Ability to manage multiple interrelated projects and mentor others Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Adoption Reimbursement
