Job description

Designing and developing solutions including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules based on business and technical requirements
Building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
Troubleshooting platform defects and performing root cause analysis
Supporting upgrades and ensuring platform compatibility
Creating technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and release notes

Requirements

Hands-on experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
Experience with workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML data structures.
Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong ServiceNow HR development.
ServiceNow CSA certification.
ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS (ITSM/HRSD/ITOM/CMDB/etc.).
Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.
Background in developing enterprise applications or supporting large-scale ITSM programs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow security and role-based access controls (RBAC).
Experience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.
