Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in AI/digitalization, including a demonstrable track record of implementing AI projects with measurable business impact Solid understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering; hands?on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Power Automate) Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - and vice versa Experience in stakeholder management up to executive level Hands?on mentality: you build and ship yourself instead of only writing concepts Business?fluent English Nice?to?have Experience in the IT, leasing, DaaS, or subscription industry Knowledge of Python, SQL, or API integrations Experience with machine learning models (e.g., forecasting, predictive analytics) Familiarity with the EU AI Act and AI governance frameworks Experience with SEO/GEO or digital brand positioning Personal Profile Entrepreneurial mindset and strong results orientation Pragmatism: deliver ***** solutions fast, then iterate Strong communicator - you make complex AI topics tangible for non?technical audiences Curiosity and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving technology field
