Business Systems Manager

As part of that growth, they are looking to appoint a Deputy Business Systems Manager to work closely with the Business Systems Manager and wider leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the business. • Support and develop ERP and CRM systems
• Deliver business systems improvements
• Analyse processes and business data
• Coordinate upgrades and projects
• Provide advanced user support
• Deliver user training
• Support wider IT initiatives

• Experience with ERP, CRM or business systems
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Business analysis and project experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Manufacturing or SME experience desirable
