Job description

  • Support the delivery of the organisation’s IT and systems roadmap.
  • Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Work closely with operational teams, data teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Support the delivery of both large-scale system projects and smaller change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand requirements.
  • Contribute to system implementation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure systems remain user-focused, fit for purpose, and aligned to organisational priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of systems implementation and change projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience producing process maps, specifications, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, or similar business systems would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and service enhancement.
