IT Administrator

We’re looking for an IT Administrator to manage and further develop a modern hybrid IT environment. You’ll work with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization technologies, Microsoft 365 services, networking, and cloud solutions while helping maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the company’s hybrid IT infrastructure.
• Manage Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Maintain network, firewall, and VPN infrastructure.
• Implement and improve IT security measures.
• Manage backup, recovery, and monitoring solutions.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues.
• Support continuous improvements across the IT environment.

• You must already be living in Großköllnbach or the surrounding area.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• German proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox and container platforms such as Docker.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring, logging, or automation tools.
• Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Sophos Firewall or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with PKI and certificate management.
• Experience with SharePoint, Atlassian products, or similar collaboration tools.
