Job description

  • Fachliche und operative Leitung des IT-Controlling-Teams
  • Verantwortung für den Monatsabschluss im IT-Controlling inklusive aktiver Mitarbeit (Hands-on-Mentalität)
  • Steuerung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Kosten- und Budgetplanung
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Reportings sowie Management-Dashboards
  • Unterstützung des IT-Managements durch fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, IT-Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Controlling-Prozesse sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Unterstützung bei laufenden Projekten und Sonderthemen im IT-Controlling

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Controlling, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder koordinierenden Funktion im IT-Controlling
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie die Bereitschaft, auch operative Aufgaben selbst zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Monatsabschluss sowie in Budget- und Kostensteuerungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, sowie Power BI
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
