Job description

HCLTech is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Spain to provide on-site and remote support for laptops, desktops, tablets and peripherals.The role includes imaging devices, handling IT infrastructure tasks, and collaborating with vendors for hardware repairs.The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in IT support, and fluency in Spanish and English is required.Knowledge of CMDB and incident logging is beneficial for SLAs and event support.#J-*****-Ljbffr
