Job description

HCLTech is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Spain to provide on-site and remote support for laptops, desktops, tablets and peripherals. The role includes imaging devices, handling IT infrastructure tasks, and collaborating with vendors for hardware repairs.The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in IT support, and fluency in Spanish and English is required. Knowledge of CMDB and incident logging is beneficial for SLAs and event support.#J-*****-Ljbffr
