Job description

A. Readiness and Discovery Responsibilities o Gather and organize required inputs, including Git repositories, software stacks, application documentation, test assets, interface inventories, operational playbooks, and deployment references. o Install and configure required TIBCO software locally, where permitted, to support code walkthrough, compilation, execution, and troubleshooting. o Set up application code locally and validate whether the application or component can be compiled, executed, or analyzed for modernization needs. o Collect available technical, functional, regression, integration, and edge-case test cases from application and QA teams. o Support environment sanity and certification activities by validating readiness dependencies, access, connectivity, application startup, baseline behavior, and integration touchpoints. o Capture and define non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, resiliency, latency, throughput, monitoring, logging, recovery, and operational support expectations. o Capture deployment information, including current deployment process, latest deployed versions, release history, configuration management, deployment ownership, and rollback approach. o Confirm deployment tools, monitoring tools, metrics/log aggregation tools, alerting mechanisms, and operational dashboards used by each application or integration. B. SME Liaison and Application Guidance o Work closely with application SMEs to understand application behavior, business rules, integration logic, data dependencies, legacy-equivalency needs, and operational constraints. o Review and approve technical user stories, solution outlines, technical designs, and functional specifications for in-scope integrations and applications. o Participate in workshops, sprint reviews, demos, and design sessions to provide timely domain clarification, dependency validation, and decision support. o Support defect triage and issue resolution during SIT, E2E, and UAT by providing application-level context and business rule clarification. o Confirm application-level readiness for SIT, E2E, cutover, and deployment from a domain and functional-readiness perspective. o Support sign-off on technical user stories, application designs, and domain-specific outcomes for in-scope deliverables. C. Quality and Testing Leadership o Define and enforce quality gates, test standards, test coverage expectations, and release acceptance criteria across migration waves. o Support planning, strategy, and execution of SIT, E2E, regression testing, performance validation, and UAT for in-scope integrations and applications. o Participate in sprint reviews, test readiness assessments, defect reviews, release readiness reviews, and go/no-go evaluations. o Support defect prioritization and closure validation, ensuring critical and high-severity defects are resolved or dispositioned before go-live. o Ensure test evidence, traceability, business rule validation, and dependency coverage are appropriately documented for each migration wave. D. Architecture and Solution Alignment o Provide end-to-end architecture alignment across assigned portfolios and integration domains. o Review solution designs, architecture decisions, interface contracts, exception handling, data flow impacts, and modernization exceptions for in-scope integrations. o Participate in architecture reviews, sprint reviews, and technical design sessions to validate solution consistency and enterprise alignment. o Support architecture-level issue resolution during SIT, E2E, UAT, performance validation, cutover, and deployment. o Identify risks related to integration dependencies, sequencing, non-functional requirements, environment readiness, and operational transition. E. Functional SME Collaboration o Validate functional requirements, business rules, process flows, edge cases, legacy-equivalency expectations, and downstream/upstream impacts for in-scope integrations. o Join workshops, sprint reviews, and demos to confirm the solution works as expected from a functional and business-process perspective. o Confirm business-functional readiness for SIT, E2E, cutover, and wave deployment. o Support sign-off on functional requirements, business logic, migration outcomes, and business-functional acceptance criteria.
