Requirements

Role Description The Senior Data Scientist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that support strategic business decisions. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets, building predictive and prescriptive models, and performing statistical and exploratory analysis. The Senior Data Scientist will develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production, and continuously evaluate model performance. The role also includes mentoring junior data professionals, contributing to best practices in data science, and staying current with emerging tools and methodologies.

Experience in AI Agents and RAG.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Data Science and Statistics skills for building and validating models.
  • Candidates should possess solid Data Analysis and Data Analytics skills for extracting insights and supporting decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess Data Visualization skills to create clear, engaging dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and experience with SQL or similar query languages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms or services.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, remote teams and managing multiple projects or priorities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
