Senior Engineering Manager, Software Development

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Pro Video software team, driving high-quality desktop UI solutions for Adobe’s video tools used by a global audience. You mentor engineers, collaborate with product, design, and PMs, and shape roadmaps and architectures that deliver excellent user experiences. You’ll tackle performance, accessibility, and modernization challenges while aligning technical work with business goals. This is an opportunity to influence premier video editing workflows at scale.
