Pillar is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our Barcelona-based team in a 100% on-site role.You will design end-to-end product experiences for our fintech-inspired platform, collaborating with engineers and product managers.Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and expert Figma skills, plus experience with scalable design systems and data-driven decision making.Familiarity with Next.js/React is a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
