Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Proficiency with C++ and Java, including modern features and standard libraries \n

Experience with low-level development such as memory management, bit-level data manipulation, and hardware-adjacent software \n

Strong understanding of multi-threaded programming, concurrency models, and synchronization techniques \n

Experience applying object-oriented design principles, software patterns, and modular architecture \n

Solid knowledge of the full software engineering lifecycle, including configuration management, CI/CD, and issue tracking \n

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a team environment \n

Experience with unit-testing frameworks, stress/performance testing, and integration or acceptance test activities \n

Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, \n Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $97,000 - \n $180,000. This is not a guarantee of \n compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to \n experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and \n insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, \n paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
