Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant - Aftersales An international industrial technology company is looking for aDynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Aftersalesto join its growing Digital & Technology team.This role will play a key part in the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations , supporting aftersales business processes and the integration of a Field Service Management solution.This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with multiple business units and contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and enhancement projects across multiple business units.Support the integration of a Field Service Management solution with D365 F&O.Act as the functional expert for Dynamics 365 F&O modules related to aftersales.Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into functional solutions.Configure and optimize the system while ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency.Deliver user training, documentation and change management activities to maximize adoption.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities and post-implementation improvements.Ensure system capabilities support operational KPIs and business objectives.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams.Stay up to date with the Microsoft Dynamics roadmap and emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities.Requirements3+ years of experience working withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations .At least2 end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects .Experience as a Functional Consultant within B2B environments.Strong knowledge of several D365 F&O modules, including:Accounts ReceivableWarehouse ManagementAsset ManagementProduct Information ManagementOrganization AdministrationWork Order ManagementContract ManagementRetail & CommerceExperience with ERP implementation lifecycles and change management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong documentation, governance and analytical skills.Proactive, quality-focused and solution-oriented mindset.Nice to haveExperience in automotive, manufacturing or industrial environments.Knowledge of aftersales processes, warranties, contracts and work order management.Experience with Field Service Management platforms.Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).Exposure to digital B2B platforms, customer portals or e-commerce solutions.Interest in AI and digital innovation.What’s on offerCompetitive salary package.Private health insurance.Company pension plan.Public transport allowance.On-call allowance (where applicable).Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the Barcelona office).Opportunity to work on international Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation projects.Collaborative, innovative and multicultural working environment.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Long-term career growth within a stable international company.If you’re passionate about Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enjoy working closely with business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions, we’d love to hear from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Experience as a Functional Consultant within B2B environments.
