At Inster, we are looking for aProject Managerto lead strategic initiatives within Europe’s most ambitious programs in secure satellite communications.This is a key leadership role with real impact on advanced space and defence projects, offering the opportunity to relocate toMadrid , one of Europe’s most dynamic and liveable capitals.What are we looking for?An/a Project Manager - Space (ESA & SATCOM), with at least 5 years of experience.Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.RequirementsDegree in Engineering (Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar).Proven experience in managing and coordinating technological or space projects.Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, planning, risks, and budget.Hands?on experiencemanaging projects with ESA (European Space Agency), including direct interaction with the agency and understanding of its processes.Technical SkillsSolid understanding of the space project lifecycle (Phases 0/A/B/C/D/E).Experience working under ECSS standards.Knowledge of SATCOM environments (highly relevant for IRIS2).Proficiency with planning tools (MS Project, Jira or similar).ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of technological and space projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.Act as the main interface with ESA stakeholders, ensuring proper technical and contractual alignment.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (systems, software, hardware, AIT, telecommunications), ensuring successful integration of complex SATCOM solutions.Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and key milestones, including ESA reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, QR, AR).Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, financial, and schedule risks.Manage and control the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.Ensure compliance with ECSS standards, quality processes, and configuration management.Manage suppliers and subcontractors within the project ecosystem.What we offer you?Work in a multinational company recognized as one of the best companies to work for in **, according to Actualidad Económica and Forbes.Stable and innovative technological projects for leading national and international clients.Career plan: an attractive professional career based on experience and personal potential within a continuously evolving company with solid growth.Free access to various training platforms, providing you with a wide multidisciplinary catalog.Flexible compensation.A diverse company with great Corporate Social Responsibility.A positive, healthy, and cooperative work environment.Teamwork is the cornerstone of the company’s project successes.#J-***-Ljbffr
Requirements
