Your Tasks We’re looking for a Senior Developer to design, build, and operate scalable internal business applications and intelligent automation solutions serving 55,000 employees.You will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable productivity gains across the enterprise.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and build modern full-stack business applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React (or equivalent modern frameworks)Architect and implement end-to-end process automation pipelines using tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Azure Logic Apps, or equivalent orchestration platformsDesign and develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices to integrate business systems (ERP, CRM, HR platforms, third?party services)Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and reusable component libraries; champion security, performance, and maintainability by designLead evaluation and adoption of automation tooling and workflow platforms across the teamPartner in the evolution of our internal AI platform: integrate LLMs, build reusable AI services, and deliver employee?facing AI toolsOwn CI/CD and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, Docker);
