Europe / Mediterranean / North AfricaFrom hotel reservations and transfers to excursions and in-destination services - travellers around the world rely on theDERTOUR DMC networkto deliver seamless travel experiences.Our international network includes21 Destination Management Companies (DMCs), around 2,000 employees, 71 offices in 31 destinations and approximately 4 million guests per year.Reliable systems and well-structured business processes are essential to keep this global travel ecosystem running smoothly.AsDMC Business Analyst , you translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions and help optimise our mission-critical travel systems across the international DMC network.LocationThis role can be based inany European, Mediterranean or North African destination where a DERTOUR DMC operates(for example Palma de Mallorca, Antalya, Iraklion, Tunis or Hurghada), with alignment to European working hours.Your RoleProject-Focused Business AnalysisIdentify, analyse and document business requirements for strategic initiatives across the global DMC networkTranslate operational needs into structured technical specifications for system configuration, integration and implementationConductGAP analysesand assess feasibility of new features within complex travel system environmentsMap and optimiseend-to-end business processesacross booking, transfer and excursion operationsFacilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across business and technology teamsSupport testing processes includingUAT, regression testing and functional validationEnsure structured communication between project leads, business owners and technology partnersOperational Excellence & System CollaborationAct as key liaison betweenDMC business units and Application Support teamsAnalyse system or process challenges within daily operationsIdentify recurring issues and translate them into sustainable system or process improvementsSupport the smooth adoption of system changes through structured clarification and communicationContribute to thestability, scalability and continuous optimisationof mission-critical DMC applicationsYour ProfileProven experience as aBusiness Analyst in system implementation or transformation projectsStrong background inrequirements engineering, system implementation and collaboration with technology providersExperience working withcomplex operational systems or service platformsUnderstanding oftravel industry operations , ideally within aDestination Management Company (DMC), tour operator or travel platformAbility to translate complex operational processes into structured and scalable technical solutionsStrong analytical mindset combined with confident stakeholder managementStructured, solution-oriented and ownership-driven working styleFluent English(written and spoken); German is advantageousWillingness to travel internationally when requiredWhy join DERTOUR DMCs?Work in a trulyglobal travel organisationCollaborate with teams across30+ destinations worldwideShape the systems and processes behindmillions of travel experiences every yearBe part of an international network connectingdestinations, technology and travel operations#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

Business Analyst in system implementation or transformation projects Strong background in requirements engineering, system implementation and collaboration with technology providers Experience working with complex operational systems or service platforms Understanding of travel industry operations , ideally within a Destination Management Company (DMC), tour operator or travel platform Ability to translate complex operational processes into structured and scalable technical solutions Strong analytical mindset combined with confident stakeholder management Structured, solution-oriented and ownership-driven working style Fluent English (written and spoken); German is advantageous Willingness to travel internationally when required
