Job description
The Vehicle Management Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions that support vehicle management and control systems. This role partners with cross-functional engineering teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and develop software that meets internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The engineer integrates internally and externally developed software components, supports system-level architecture and design decisions, and ensures reliable operation of vehicle management applications.
Requirements
Active Secret Clearance or higher

Bachelor’s degree
-
5+ years of experience with C/ C+- 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) - 5+ years of experience designing and developing software for Real-Time or Non- Real-Time systems

3+ years of experience Safety Critical Software Development Experience
-
Experience with LOR-1, LOR-2 or DAL-A, DAL-B software processes

Real-time embedded software experience
-
Agile Software development
-
Familiarity with MIL-HDBK-516C, MIL-STD-882E, JSSSEH, DO-178C
-
Python, C# and/or Assembly Language experience

Experience with GreenHills Integrity or other Real Time Operating Systems

Experience with fault tolerance, signal processing or control system design

Experience with tools such as Agility, Jira, ClearCase and Git
