Industry Principal SAP FICO & Insurance Consultant

In the assigned Job Role of Package Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Drive strategic analysis of business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical requirements while providing expert guidance on their impact on ERP design and functionality Provide expert insights on ERP solution architecture, to ensure scalability, high performance, and readiness for future growth Lead the creation of advanced custom solutions, offering technical direction and ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices Oversee overall strategy for system integration including ERP integration standards and provide expert guidance on data migration methodologies, to ensure accuracy, validation, and alignment with business objectives Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and innovating strategies to maximize system efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and design strategic knowledge transfer programs, to ensure system users and technical teams are fully equipped to maintain and utilize the ERP solution effectively

A strategic vision for aligning technical solutions with evolving business goals and industry trends Extensive experience in ERP architecture, customization, and enterprise-level integration In-depth knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and system optimization methodologies Strong client and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business needs. A collaborative mindset to drive innovation and ensure project success., Experience in SAP with focus on SAP Finance (S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, Group Reporting, or related modules) Experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance - understanding of industry processes, regulations, and client priorities Experience in pursuit management - shaping proposals, building business cases, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence both clients and internal leadership, Willingness to work across the US, with travel as required Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment Familiarity with SAP’s broader portfolio beyond Finance (e.g., SAC, Datasphere, BTP) is a plus, * Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
