Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents, copilots, and related intelligent applications within AT&T’s AI Accelerator Team. You will translate business challenges into scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions that integrate with enterprise processes. The role emphasizes rapid delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable business impact at scale. This is a fast-paced opportunity to shape how AI transforms operations and customer experiences at AT&T. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, and intelligent applications * Develop Generative AI and LLM solutions, including prompt engineering and RAG * Build APIs, integrations, automation, and microservices for AI in business processes * Collect, prepare, and analyze data to support AI/ML models * Monitor AI performance, troubleshoot, and optimize post-deployment * Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, governed, and reliable * Partner with business, operations, product, and tech teams to translate challenges into AI-enabled solutions Tasks * 5+ years in relevant experience in professional responsibility * 5+ years as technology architect and/or developer * 5+ years’ experience managing direct reports * Certification required in some areas * Understanding a business problem to determine AI applicability * Builds the agent/model/application and connects it to enterprise systems and data * Tests and deploys AI solutions to production Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Life and AD&D Insurance
