Senior User Experience Designer (UI/UX)

Role Description The Senior User Experience Designer (UI/UX) will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur involves leading end-to-end UX processes-from discovery and user research to interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing. The individual will collaborate closely with product, marketing, technology, and content teams to translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining design requirements, creating and iterating on design systems, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints, and championing accessibility and usability best practices. The Senior UX Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design standards, and help align digital experiences with the company’s mission of delivering trustworthy, impactful Ayurvedic solutions.

• Candidates should possess strong Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) skills to structure problem-solving, map user journeys, and create holistic experience strategies.
• Candidates should possess User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews and usability tests, and synthesizing insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Prototyping skills, with experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms to build interactive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to craft clean, engaging interfaces, work with typography and color, and maintain consistent design systems and style guides.
• Relevant skills and qualifications include experience in UI/UX for consumer-facing digital products, familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design, and an understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include 5+ years of professional UI/UX experience, a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and experience in healthcare, wellness, or FMC
