Title:Digital Transformation Adoption ManagerClient:Chemical IndustryLocation:BarcelonaAbout Us At Visium, we enable enterprise executives in defining their AI & Data strategy, execute large?scale transformations and implement AI across operations, ensuring their organization becomes future?proof.With expertise in strategy, architecture, cloud engineering, analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, we empower our clients to unleash and scale the power of their data.We are currently leading a major transformation for a client in the chemical sector - and we’re looking for exceptional talent to help drive this impact.RoleAs part of the Digital Transformation Adoption Program, you will play a central role in driving the adoption, engagement, and cultural integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI across the organization.Sitting at the crossroads of change management, communication, and marketing, you will ensure that innovative AI tools and solutions are not only deployed but embraced and leveraged to their full potential by business teams.Lead projects and workstreams in the AI adoption initiative in the areas of AI strategy, AI governance, AI upskilling and data readinessSupport executive workshops to define AI strategies, use cases, and roadmapsDevelop and implement change management frameworks to support new ways of working and ensure a smooth transition to AI?enabled processesDesign and deliver training programs - from general AI literacy to deep?dive expert sessions for specific departments or on custom?built AI toolsFoster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning to ensure sustainable transformationLead and amplify AI and GenAI initiatives through strategic internal and external communications - covering client?facing communications, social media, and broader external channels - using compelling storytelling, engaging content, and strong representation in relevant forums to position the company as a leader in responsible AIRequirementsMSc in Change Management, Communication, Digital TransformationProven experience (5+ years) in change management, adoption, internal communication, or digital transformation, ideally within an international organizationStrong grasp of GenAI/ML fundamentals and experience with enterprise adoptionStrong soft skills combining empathy, influence, strategic thinking, adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to blend analytical insight with creativity and emotional intelligenceExperience with e?learning and training content development tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plusFluent in English; proficiency in French is a plusSeniority level:Mid?Senior levelEmployment type:Full?timeJob function:Other- Industries:IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Visium by 2x.Get notified about new Digital Transformation Manager jobs inBarcelona, Catalonia, Spain .#J-*****-Ljbffr

MSc in Change Management, Communication, Digital Transformation Proven experience (5+ years) in change management, adoption, internal communication, or digital transformation, ideally within an international organization Strong grasp of GenAI/ML fundamentals and experience with enterprise adoption Strong soft skills combining empathy, influence, strategic thinking, adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to blend analytical insight with creativity and emotional intelligence Experience with e?learning and training content development tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus
