Excis is hiring a proactive L2 Desktop Support Technician to handle advanced hardware, software, and asset management across Barcelona sites. You’ll provide onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices, manage CMDB updates, printers, and AV systems, and assist with onboarding in a dynamic IT environment.Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in L2 support, strong networking basics, ITIL experience, and a customer-focused approach.#J-*****-Ljbffr
